Who I Am

I am a finance and accounting professional originally from Nepal, currently based in Sydney, Australia. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tribhuvan University and over five years of progressive experience at Ankur Infotech — a fintech and banking software company — I bring a strong foundation in financial operations, core banking systems, and team leadership.

In my most recent role as Customer Support Supervisor, I managed the day-to-day operations of a customer support team, ensuring high service quality across banking software implementations. Prior to that, I provided senior-level support for financial transactions and core banking solutions, developing deep expertise in payment gateways and accounting workflows.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Professional Accounting at King's Own Institute (KOI), Sydney, deepening my expertise in AASB/IFRS financial reporting, macroeconomic analysis, and business communication — with a goal of building a career in accounting, audit, or banking in the Asia-Pacific region.
